Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, upload, chat message and creation on Fuaygo AI. Fuaygo AI is for adults 18 and older.

Never allowed

Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor (CSAM). We report this to the authorities.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including "undressing" or sexualised edits of real people.
Deepfakes of real people without their clear consent, including voice or likeness.
Impersonation, fraud, scams, or content designed to deceive voters or interfere with elections.
Hate, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence against people or groups.
Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property.

Respect intellectual property

Only upload material you own or have permission to use, and don't ask for copies of protected works or brands you don't have rights to.

Safety filters and moderation

Provider safety filters stay switched on and cannot be disabled. Prompts and uploads may be checked automatically before a job runs; blocked jobs are refunded automatically. We may review reported content.

Strikes and termination

Breaking this policy can lead to removed content, account strikes, suspension or permanent termination, without refund of unused credits where the law allows.

Labelling AI content

Creations are generated by artificial intelligence. When you share them, don't present them as real photos or footage, and label them as AI-generated where a platform or law requires it.

Use the report button on any creation, or email fuaygoai@jno.holdings.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
